• Information about your children (number, grade levels) when you request early access

• Homeschooling status and curriculum preferences

We use the information we collect to:

• Contact you about Knowly's launch and early access availability
• Understand which states and grade levels to prioritize in our rollout

4. Children's privacy (COPPA)

We take children's privacy seriously. Our current website collects information from parents and guardians only — not directly from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

When Knowly's platform launches, we will publish a comprehensive children's privacy policy covering COPPA compliance, parental consent, and data handling for enrolled students. That policy will be available before any child accounts are created.

Early access submissions are stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to Knowly staff. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. No data storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Email communications

By submitting the early access form, you agree to receive email communications from Knowly about our launch. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or clicking the unsubscribe link in the email footer.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use analytics software to understand how visitors use our site. Depending on the analytics provider we select, this may or may not use cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not participate in cross-site tracking.
