Our Values

Knowly is the teacher that delivers your family's chosen curriculum and your family's values to your child, one-to-one, until your child has truly mastered the material.

Mission

Deliver one-to-one teaching of the curriculum each family has chosen, aligned with the values each family holds, drilled to genuine mastery — and give families back the role they should have always had at the center of their children's lives.

Our children are growing up inside a shortcut economy. Phones and social media have rewired their attention. Chatbots write their essays. Calculators do their thinking. Cheating is no longer the exception — it is the default expectation, the path of least resistance, and tighter device lockdowns at schools are routinely cracked by middle schoolers within days. A generation is being trained to bypass the work that builds a real mind.

This is fixable. There is a way out, and it is good news.

Ethos

We are anti-shortcut. The shortcut economy — built by phones, social media, calculators that think for kids, and chatbots that do the homework — has trained a generation to bypass the learning process. The only force strong enough to push back on that economy at scale is also technology, but used in the opposite direction: to demand effort, demand mastery, demand handwriting, demand thinking.

Our Team

A compiled team of parents from every background — public, private, and homeschool — working together to find the best method of teaching each of our own individual children.

Co-Founder, CEO

Katie Broussard

Katie Broussard is the CEO and Co-Founder of Knowly. Having spent her entire education in public school, Katie experienced firsthand both the strengths and limitations of traditional classroom learning — from large class sizes and one-size-fits-all curriculum to the challenge of learning at the pace of her peers.

Now a homeschooling mother of three, she has seen the power of individualized, mastery-based education firsthand. Through Knowly, Katie is working to bring that same personalized approach to families across the country. Her vision is to build a platform that works hand-in-hand with parents to meet every child exactly where they are and help them master every subject at their own pace.
